Refund policy

At CHICHIC, returns or exchanges are allowed in certain circumstances. Products must be unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

FINAL SALE items and are not eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Earrings are strictly not eligible for an exchange or store credit due to hygiene purposes. All sets containing earrings are also not eligible for exchanges or store credits.

Returns, exchanges and store credit are not allowed for change of mind.
